My passions, purpose, and projects.
I love the music of John Denver. Just ask anyone who knows me. They will tell you that his music is one of my passions and that I take the music and lyrics to heart.
Possibly my favorite of all his songs is Poems, Prayers and Promises. I like to think about all those things. I like to think about things I believe in.
To loosely quote the song: I’ve been lately thinking about my life’s time. All the things I’ve done and how it’s been. I’ve been thinking a lot about poems and prayers and promises and all the things I believe in.
I am a quiet person. But I have a few passions. I used to have a lot of passions, but I didn’t have the time or energy to pursue all my passionate beliefs.
I have narrowed my passions down to the ones that are especially important to me and that I can actually have some control or influence over. I like to make a difference, but there is only one of me. So I do what I can and leave the rest to other people and God as I know Him/Her.
These are the most Important things that I believe in and that I concentrate my energy on doing, discovering, and defending.
